Context
Ema is an enterprise AI platform that provides AI Employees to automate complex business workflows, backed by $140M in total funding. The platform connects with 250+ enterprise applications and uses EmaFusion™, its proprietary model-fusion technology that combines 100+ AI models to handle different tasks.
Ema Personas explored how AI-powered workflows could be configured, managed, and reused across an organisation.
The experience had two distinct sides. For admins, the initial approach was template-based, giving them a way to configure and manage reusable workflows. For end users, those capabilities came together through Persona-based conversational experiences.
I worked across these experiences, helping shape how Personas were created, managed, and ultimately used.
